How Every Service Runs
Intake & Agreement
Drop-off is recorded in writing. Brand, model, condition, agreed scope, and target return date — both parties receive a copy before any work begins.
Inspection & Bench Work
Work begins under magnification. Components are inspected before they are touched. Additional findings are reported to the owner before the scope changes.
Verification & Return
Timing checked on equipment. Piece cleaned. Service record prepared. Collection is by arrangement; the document goes with the watch.
Service 01
Quartz Movement Care
A focused service for quartz pieces of all ages: cell replacement, gasket inspection, case-back resealing, and basic accuracy verification. Many quartz watches in regular wear have not had their gaskets attended to for several years, leading to moisture risk; this service catches that early. The workshop also inspects pushers and crowns, cleans the case lightly, and runs the piece on a test bench to confirm timing falls within manufacturer specification.
Suitable for daily-wear quartz watches, gift pieces, and lightly used items returning to the wrist after long storage.

Service 02
Bracelet & Strap Refit
A workshop service for adjusting, refurbishing, or replacing bracelets and straps. Metal bracelets are cleaned, inspected for stretch in the links, and resized to the wearer's preferred fit; missing pins, screws, and clasp components can be sourced. Leather straps are evaluated for wear, and replacements in a range of grains and colors are available. Quick-release spring bars can be fitted where the case allows.
The service suits owners refreshing an everyday piece, preparing a watch as a gift, or restoring a piece passed down from a relative.

Service 03
Modern Sports Watch Overhaul
A more involved bench project for modern sports pieces — dive watches, chronographs, and pilot's watches — that have seen heavy daily wear. The service includes full movement service, case and bracelet refinishing, crystal inspection, gasket replacement, and pressure testing where the original specification permits. Bezels and crowns are cleaned, lume condition is assessed, and luminescent material can be conservatively reapplied where an owner requests it.
The workshop returns the piece with a detailed written record of the work, including timing results across positions and a note on water-resistance.

Quartz Care is best for:
Daily-wear quartz watches, pieces returned from storage, and anything where the gaskets or cell haven't been attended to in a few years.
Bracelet & Strap is best for:
Owners refreshing a worn bracelet, gifting a watch, replacing a cracked strap, or adding quick-release spring bars to a modern case.
Sports Overhaul is best for:
Mechanical dive, chronograph, or pilot's watches in active daily use that have accumulated noticeable wear and need proper internal attention.

Piece Security
Every piece in the workshop is tracked from intake to collection. Location and status are known at each stage.
Equipment-Based Results
Timing and pressure results are measured, not estimated. The equipment used is maintained and calibrated for the work it is asked to do.
Owner Consultation
Any finding beyond agreed scope is communicated before work proceeds. The owner makes the decision; the bench waits.
Clean Return
Pieces are cleaned externally before collection. The service document is presented with the watch, not tucked inside the case.
